Adult Basic Education classes are held each Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 802 Madison Avenue. These classes are free of charge and address the areas of basic adult education and GED Test preparation.
The classes are structured to address the individual needs of adult students. Students are given a TABE test upon entering the class to determine their individual level of classroom skills. An individualized program of study is then prescribed.
The current GED Test consists of five tests that cover the subject areas of Math, Literature, Social Studies, Science, and Writing.
The current cost of the GED Test is $50.
For more information about the ABE class or Pre-testing for the GED, you may call 927-6424 Monday through Wednesday.
