Mrs.
Riley's class rules are simple ones to follow. They are:
1.
Follow Directions, 2. Follow all other School Rules, 3. Be a
good Listener, 4. Be a Good Sport, 5. Always try to do
your best to help you get fit, 6. Be
kind and helpful to others.
Print,
record, and report your outside school physical activities. Remember, our
goal is to get that heart pumping!
So that
students can participate to their fullest ability, the physical education class
schedule is listed below. This will help students to be prepared for class
with the proper clothing and footwear for exercising.
All
students are expected to participate. Please provide a doctor's excuse for
students needing to be limited or excused from physical education for more
than one day.

physical education class. You will receive a deduction in class points for
wearing these type shoes. Let's work-out in a safe manner. Thanks!
Here are other
things you can do at home to help you get fit and ready for the Physical Best Test.
"Commercialcise"
(Doing
crunches, push-ups, leg stretches, and mountain climbers when the commercials are on while watching your favorite show)
Outside running and playing
(If snowing, bundle up and make a snowman or catch the snowflakes before they
touch the ground!)
Swimming (when weather permits) is an excellent aerobic exercise
Line dancing and/or free movement dancing to your favorite music.
Riding a bike
Taking walks with Mom, Dad, Grandma, or Grandpa
Get DDR (Dance, Dance
Revolution)
This is a great tool for dance, rhythm and movement. Ask Mrs. Riley for
further details!
Have fun and MOVE!
